Please donate the finished angel gowns in Guatemala for families dealing with great loss.

I would like to donate some of my gowns in Guatemala, and have some sent back to me to donate. I understand it can take up to a year to get my gowns back.

Clean and Smoke Free Dress*

My dress is clean (without multiple stains) and smoke free. I understand that if my dress is not in good condition (smoke free and without multiple stains), it may not be usable for the Angel Gowns Project and it will not be returned to me.

Liability Agreement*

I understand that the dress(es) I supply to Real Imprints, LLC, will be deconstruced and sent to a foreign country where they will be sewn into smaller Angel Gowns. I agree that I will not hold Real Imprints, LLC, The Angel Gowns Project, or any seamstress involved in the project liable for damage, loss, or other problems with the dress(es) I am providing.
