The Angel Gowns Project International

We have some new and exciting developments with our International Program! You are now able to receive angel gowns back to donate wherever you’d like, there is no waitlist, and you’re able to help a family feed, clothe, and educate their children. Your dress will give hope to families both in the USA and internationally.

This program has become a hope-filled circle of giving, loving, sharing, healing, and growth without borders. Glenna’s story is only one of many lives being impacted by this project.

The Beautiful Journey Your Dress is About to Take!

Submit your donation and information online. The donation form is located at the bottom of this page.

You will receive an email from us explaining the process and where to send your dress within the USA.

Before you send your dress, please print and fill out the short information sheet to include with your dress. The information sheet will be attached to the email you receive in step 2.

You package and send your dress and the information sheet to the location you received in the email.

Your dress is received and prepared by wonderful volunteers for safe shipment to your Angel Gowns Seamstress in Guatemala.

Your dress is assigned to an incredible seamstress, and the beautiful transformation begins.

You will be notified by email when your dress is being transformed!

When the transformation is complete, your dress will be donated according to your request: 1. Some of the precious angel gowns will be returned to you for donation, and some will be donated by our team to those in need, or 2. All your angel gowns will be donated by our team to those in need.

Start the Transformation, Donate Your Dress

We sincerely thank you for being a part of our mission to help women and families around the world to heal, find purpose, build confidence, and feel empowered, through receiving and creating angel gowns.

We are so excited that you are participating in our International Program!

Clean & Smoke-Free Dresses

Please look at your dress to be sure it is clean! You do not have to pay to get your dress dry cleaned prior to sending it if it is in good condition (without multiple stains and smoke-free). We are unable to return dresses we receive that we cannot use because they are not clean enough. Feel free to remove any tulle on the dress before packaging it up. Tulle is bulky and can’t be used in angel gowns. This will save on shipping costs but is not necessary if you’d rather send it fully intact.

You can make your donation below. Donations will be used 100% to keep this project sustainable. They will be used to pay the seamstresses and staff, materials, and other associated costs. The seamstresses use the money for their families’ basic needs like food, water, and education for their children. Angel gowns will always be provided to grieving families at no cost.

Mailing Address

After you submit this form, you will receive an email with a mailing address for your dress. PLEASE add our email address to your address book so the email doesn’t go to spam. If an email doesn’t come, please check your spam folder.

Thank you for being a part of The Angel Gowns Project!! You are making a difference in the lives of the seamstresses and in the lives of those who receive the angel gowns!
